At Flamboyant Phoenix, we take great pride in creating unique, hand-painted artworks that are custom-crafted by skilled artists. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, made to order or selected with care to reflect the artist’s vision. Due to the bespoke and artistic nature of our products, we operate under a strict No Refund, No Return, No Exchange & Cancellation Policy. This policy ensures the integrity of our creative process while providing clear expectations for our valued customers.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Change in personal taste or preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size/color/style selection by the buyer
- Difficulty hanging/framing the piece
- Gift recipient preferences
- Any other subjective reason
Custom & Commissioned Paintings All commissioned or personalized hand-painted works are made specifically to the buyer’s instructions and preferences. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible once the commission process has started (including after approval of any sketch, color study, progress photo, or proof)
What we do cover – Damage or Shipping Errors We take great care in packaging and shipping every painting. Whereas, in the rare event that your artwork arrives materially damaged due to transit (e.g., torn canvas, broken stretcher bars, significant frame damage when we shipped framed), or you receive the wrong painting, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damage / incorrect item / packaging
- Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)
We will evaluate the situation and, at our sole discretion, we may offer:
- A repair (if feasible)
- A replacement painting (subject to availability of materials and studio schedule)
- In very exceptional cases, a partial refund
We do not refund original shipping fees, return shipping, or insurance costs. Buyer is responsible for safely returning the damaged item if requested (we will provide guidance on packaging).
Important Notes:
- Colors may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the physical painting due to monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and photography variations. We do our best to represent colors accurately in photos, but minor color differences are not considered defects.
- All paintings are sold as-is with the understanding that they are unique handmade items.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund & No Return Policy.
We truly appreciate your support and do everything possible to ensure you’re happy with your purchase before it ships. Please ask any questions before ordering — we’re happy to provide additional photos, size mockups, progress updates, or clarification.
